C. W. Hetherly, Jr. has over 44 years experience centered in Real Estate development and construction, including single family subdivision, multi-family and light commercial projects. He is an experienced home builder, contractor and a realtor. He has developed more than 8 subdivisions in central Texas and was president of Lampting, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Company. He is also Vice President and Treasurer of Austin Tree Farm, Inc. Mr. Hetherly has served as Chairman of the Austin Planning Commission, President of the Austin Association of Builders; Vice President of the Texas Association of Builders and a director of the National Association of Builders. He was elected to a term as Director of the Austin Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed to the Texas Housing Agency Board by Gov. Bill Clements; served on the board for one of Texas' major banks and is currently a chairman of HCA/St. David's Healthcare System and has been a director for the last 20 years. |
