Dan H. Davidson worked for Lumbermen's Investment corporation for 5 years as President of Temple Inland Properties, and 5 years with N.P.C. Homebuilders. In his tenure with these two companies, he had direct experience with residential, commercial and industrial projects. Until 1981, Mr. Davidson served in various in municipal government capacities for 26 years. He was City Manager of Austin for 9 years. and President of Austin Tree Farm, Inc., and Vice President of Lampting, Inc. He has been a director of the Austin Chamber of Commerce; President of the Capital Area Council-Boy Scouts of America; President of the Rotary Club of Austin; Director of the Austin Stream Train Association; President of the Mount Wesley Conference Center in Kerrville and a Director of the Austin Association of Builders. |
